After reading a storey, I assume I got the soul of LERDERSHIP:
If your staff works by following your order, it's NOT leadership since
you are manager of them and you are endowed with power. It's not your
ability, it's the power of orgnization and assinged by other ones such
as your boss. Of course you are endowed with power because of your
potential ability or your past experienc. Whereas that doesn't mean you
could do as perfect as you were, especially as you are to be a new
manager to face a new team as well as new boss.
I think leardership is kind of ability to influence other ones. For
exampler, you have a conversation with two guys with whom you are not
familar. If you could control the topics as you wish and play key role,
we assume you likely to have leadership. If you are always the center
of most conversation with different guys. We think you are the right
person with Leadership.
I cannt explain what leadership is clearly and this is just my personal point of view.
