Identify and track issues, risks, dependencies, efficiencies, and critical path objectives. 5. Requirements: 1. Bachelor and/or MS/MBA/MA degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum 5 years working experience on software. 3. Minimum 3 years experience in project management which should be mainly focused on in-house project developing. 4. Good communications skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and varying levels of management. 5. Fluent English and Mandarin (both oral and written). 6. Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve & negotiate solutions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders 8. Advanced MS Project, MS Power Point, MS excel skills, management or technical lead experience in software development will be a plus.
